9-Apr-2006 The modem has been playing up a bit lately. It may be failing or it could be a line issue. (I suspect the modem) If the lights are on and you still can't connect to the internet you can reset the modem by turning it off for 10 seconds or so. The switch is a square push button at the bottom of the rear panel.
